Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Process Trainer to join our team. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functional direction of agents within the program training classroom environment.

  • You will monitor student progress and provide coaching and developmental feedback to ensure readiness recommendations.
  • Using effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques, you will deliver training using various modalities in a classroom environment.
  • You will prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
  • Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics, you will support and partner with Operations to transition agents from training to production environment.
  • Maintaining relevant product knowledge, you will take calls, attend client and cross-functional meetings, and make side-by-side observations.
  • Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including day-to-day informal interaction with clients.
  • You may support Instructional Design team in designing and developing training materials for various instructional delivery methods.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods and recommend curriculum modifications based on results of evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with two to four years of relevant experience preferred. They must have proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills, such as communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Additionally, they should demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines of deliverables, as well as self-starting, sense of urgency, and working well under pressure. Knowledge and experience in own discipline and ability to analyze possible solutions using standard procedures and principles are also required.
