Lead Functional Training and Enablement Specialist

 

  • About This Role:

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping organizational capabilities through functional training, partnerships, and delivery improvements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery:
  • Deliver engaging and impactful functional training sessions for new joiners in procurement and sourcing functions, focusing on knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Training Design & Curation:
  • Design structured onboarding and functional training plans based on role levels, incorporating industry standards and best practices.
  • Curate and update training content by integrating evolving industry standards and business best practices.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Collaborate with business leaders, operations managers, and Learning & Development teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate training delivery in sync with onboarding cycles and business timelines, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Academic Outreach:
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local colleges and universities to co-design and deliver curated learning modules, enhancing academic-industry collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in functional training or operations in procurement and sourcing domain, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven training programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and industry best practices is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from a recognized institution, preferably in a related field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Education.
