Job Summary

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping people and practices across the organization, blending functional training with broader impact to drive better outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering structured onboarding and functional training plans based on role levels. They should also be able to curate and update training content by integrating business best practices and evolving industry standards.

The Capability and Enablement Strategist will work closely with business leaders, operations managers, and L&D teams to identify training needs and align content to project requirements. They will also schedule and coordinate training delivery in sync with onboarding cycles and business timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Design & Delivery:
    • Design and deliver engaging and impactful functional training sessions for new joiners in procurement and sourcing functions.
    • Use case-based, interactive, and practical training methods tailored to real business scenarios.
  • Training Curation:
    • Curate and update training content by integrating business best practices and evolving industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Work closely with business leaders, operations managers, and L&D teams to identify training needs and align content to project requirements.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
    • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
  • Academic Outreach:
    • Partner with local colleges and universities to co-design and deliver curated learning modules that align with procurement and sourcing fundamentals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in functional training or operations in procurement and sourcing domain.
  • Good to have: knowledge of procurement processes, tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP), and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
