Product Manager - Customer Solutions

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to drive and manage multiple workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product enhancements and services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Requests: Own and manage small high-impact feature improvement ideas through Idea Management, translating them into product requirements and delivering continuous enhancements.
  • Professional Services: Manage projects such as new product deployments and data management implementations, coordinating with experts, analytics, UX, engineering, and enablement to deliver tailored solutions.

Better Practices & Strategic Execution:

  • Conduct customer interviews and deep-dive analysis to understand needs and pain points.
  • Apply project management best practices for timely delivery of customer commitments.
  • Track post-release performance to assess customer adoption and success.

Required Expertise:

  • 5+ years in industry experience, including at least 3 years in a Product Owner/Business Analyst role within an IT/Software product company.
  • Proven success in managing concurrent projects or product tracks.
  • Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with technical and business teams.
  • Experience interacting directly with customers and senior leadership stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and structured decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Product Thinking, SDLC, and modern project management practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, negotiate trade-offs, and drive outcomes.
  • Proficient in planning, execution, and reporting on product and project delivery metrics.

  • Seamless execution of professional services projects with high customer satisfaction.
  • A well-maintained backlog and clear prioritization across all streams.
