Process Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Process Excellence Specialist.

This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow within a fast-paced environment. Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to process structuring, content creation, and team training support.

The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and have the ability to create professional email content and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and structure SOPs for internal processes.
  • Create engaging content for emails, company announcements, and other forms of communication.
  • Assist in preparing training material and contribute to team training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth communication flow and effective process execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support in creating knowledge repositories.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Able to create SOPs and process documents.
  • Skilled in email writing and formal communication.
  • Confident and capable of training and guiding team members.
