Automation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our automation initiatives. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identifying automation opportunities through process assessment and feasibility analysis, preparing key documentation, working closely with developers to translate business needs into technical solutions, supporting in UAT planning, execution, and feedback gathering, and driving continuous process improvement using automation and digital tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for automation and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for automation projects.
  • Documentation: Prepare key documentation including BRD, PDD, and SDD for automation projects.
  • Technical Solutions: Collaborate with developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • UAT Planning: Support in UAT planning, execution, and feedback gathering for automation projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement using automation and digital tools.

Required Skills:

  • Business Analysis: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to RPA.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
  • Methodology: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and process documentation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
