Senior Automation Professional

We are seeking an experienced automation professional to join our team on a long-term project with a major organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working under minimal supervision to test and automate applications.
The successful automation professional will work closely with business users and application build teams to ensure that the project meets World Bank internal standards and guidelines.
- Experience working with web automation tools like Selenium with Java/C# and Playwright is required.
- Detailed knowledge of designing automation frameworks is necessary.
- Familiarity with Azure Test Plans and Azure DevOps is required.
- Understanding of technology environments, including Azure, Azure SQL, and MSSQL is essential.
Key Qualifications
- Certification by ISTQB is highly preferred.
- Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work directly with clients and management without supervision and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
- Leadership skills and ability to work well with diverse team members.
