Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our organization. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing automation/performance solutions that meet our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional and design specifications.
  • Execute test cases and analyze and report test results to the teams.
  • Work in partnership with development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality.
  • Act as a test lead, planning the work of other testing staff and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Design and develop Test cases and Test Automation suites using Python.
  • Use strong testing skills to provide guidance and assist project staff.
  • Review and approve the work of project team members in the writing of scripts, expected results, test results, and defect descriptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as an Automation QA Tester.
  • Must have skills in Python for test automation.
  • Experience of working with SOAP and REST service and understanding of SOA architecture.
  • Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks preferred.
  • Experience using SQL to query databases required.
  • Exposure to distributed source control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with test data management techniques.
  • Experience with change management and defect tracking tools.
  • Strong English proficiency level (B2) is required.
  • The expected seniority level is A3.
  • Candidate must undergo customer and project interviews.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology-related field.

This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills Required:

  • Software testing experience in all phases of testing including test planning, test execution, and test closure.
  • Excellent understanding of QA and testing methodologies, best practices.
