Job Title:

Expert Python Developer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned expert in Python development to lead our automation efforts.
  • As an expert in Python, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions using Ansible.
  • Your expertise in frontend and backend development, integration, and API management will be instrumental in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated scripts using Python and Ansible.
  • Design and integrate complex systems, including frontend and backend components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Maintain and improve existing automation tools and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Python development and automation.
  • Proven expertise in Django, Angular, and Ansible.
  • Experience managing incident, change, and problem management in mission-critical environments.
  • Strong understanding of storage APIs and middleware technologies.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SRDF and array-based replication technologies.
  • Knowledge of fabric refresh planning and execution processes.
  • Hands-on experience with host-based ACLs and migrations.
  • Experience with Isilon and CDOT file storage management.
  • Understanding of IP-based block storage technologies.
