Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Expert to join our team. As an Automation Expert, you will design, develop, and implement automation solutions using modern technologies like cloud computing, AI, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated workflows and scripts using programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and non-production environments for each test phase.
  • Run quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business and technical groups.
  • Triage and articulate defects, manage test failures and resolutions.
  • Experience integrating JIRA and Confluence is required.

To succeed in this role, you should have 7+ years of experience in payments Business and/or Technical Analyst roles with expertise in Swift and Fiserv payment platforms. Experience in both Waterfall and Agile project environments is also necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
