Job Title:

Operations Excellence Lead

The Operations Excellence Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end business processes while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • This role involves client management, people & performance management, and cross-functional team leadership with a focus on process efficiency stakeholder collaboration and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks tailored to the organization's needs.
  2. Create and manage detailed KPI tables across all business units in e-commerce domains.
  3. IDentify and lead improvement initiatives in internal business/operational processes.
  4. Drive innovation and automation for waste elimination and efficiency improvement.
  5. Foster employee engagement in various operational excellence initiatives.

Service Delivery:

  1. Provide service delivery support to process owners located at different locations.
  2. Ensure adherence to service levels as defined by clients.

Project Management:

  1. Oversee multiple projects across different Lines of Business (LOBs) ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  2. Lead a diverse team of 20+ members including Business Analysts Process Excellence Leads AMs content developers.

Operational Excellence:

  1. Identify process gaps and implement efficiency-driven solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.
  2. Work closely with Process Excellence Analysts to standardize operations reduce inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Leverage data insights to track performance optimize processes and ensure compliance with internal and client-defined SLAs.

Requirements:

  1. Currently working as an Assistant Manager or Manager for 2+ years.
  2. Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  3. Demonstrated project program management skills.
  4. Extensive understanding of mistake proofing automation tools.
  5. Lean Six Sigma GB certified BB trained would be an added advantage.
  6. E-Commerce Internet Industry experience either directly with organizations in this space indirectly as a service provider would be an added advantage.
