- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and real estate stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes accordingly.
