
Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Document all customer interactions and case details accurately in a CRM or call management system
- Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions, escalating complex issues to a higher-tier support team when necessary
- Maintain a calm and patient demeanor while handling various customer situations
- Meet performance indicators (KPIs), such as average handling time and first-call resolution
This role is crucial for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering customer inquiries regarding products and services offering information about company products or services providing customer service via phone email or chat maintaining accurate records of customer interactions escalating complex issues to a higher tiered support team meeting performance indicators KPIs such as average handling time and first-call resolution maintaining a positive customer experience resolving customer complaints and issues proactively responding to customer needs through timely follow-up actions working collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.
