We are currently seeking an International Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to a global client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and/or chat, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently.
  • To offer accurate and comprehensive information to a diverse customer base regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and effective support.
  • To meticulously document all interactions and customer information in the system.
  • To identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
  • To adhere to international standards for data privacy and customer service.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to overall service improvement.
  • To meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with neutral accent and impeccable grammar.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and respond to customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Capacity to multitask and manage a high volume of interactions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication platforms.
  • A customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering positive experience.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts to support international time zones.
