About the position:
We are looking for an expert in SAP ABAP development to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test and support complex ABAP solutions across multiple SAP modules.


Key responsibilities:
- Create custom ABAP programs, reports and enhancements for SAP module functionality.
- Deliver RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms) ensuring alignment with project requirements and SAP best practices.
- Analyze functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications and estimate development effort.
- Build and maintain interfaces using BAPI, BDC, RFC, ALE, IDoc and flat file methods. Ensure seamless integration with external systems.
- Develop SAP Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Classical, Interactive and ALV reports using both object-oriented ABAP and function modules.
- Implement enhancements using User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs and Enhancement Spots.
- Work with LSMW, Data Dictionary and other tools for efficient data conversion and migration.
- UI and Advanced Technologies: Exposure to SAP Fiori and Java-based components; ability to integrate and extend SAP applications using modern UI frameworks.
- Conduct rigorous unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Create technical documentation, support ongoing SAP projects and provide production support when needed.


Required skills & qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming tools, including Reports, Transactions, Enhancements, Dialog Programming, RFCs and Workflows.
- Proven experience in RICEF development and integration techniques.
- Hands-on expertise in BAPI, ALE/IDoc, Smart Forms and ALV reporting.
- Working knowledge of Fiori and Java is highly desirable.
- Understanding of SAP data structures and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.


Preferred skills:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA development.
- Knowledge of CDS views and OData services.
- Familiarity with SAP upgrade and migration projects.
