About this role

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you will be working with a team that specializes in market intelligence, providing insights to top investment research organizations and bulge bracket banks. We cater to leading asset managers, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing-

The selected candidate will join the Private Credit team that supports portfolio managers in the monitoring process of private equity firm investments.

  • Prepare financial models (PL, BS, and CF) on an Excel-based platform or lending software, along with key credit metrics calculation
  • Identify key performance indicators and create reports for the credit review process
  • Calculate covenant in line with facility agreements and provide rationale for covenant Met / Breach results
  • Conduct regular reviews and populate associated templates
  • Financial Analysis
  • SWOT analysis
  • Perform operating, leverage, and liquidity ratio analysis
  • Verify / calculate compliance against a threshold (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage, etc.)
  • Collateral analysis
  • Support portfolio managers with ad hoc tasks
  • Mentor junior team members and act as an SME for other team members
  • Manage the performance and development of junior team members
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide project management support to senior manager

Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting from a reputable institution with 2+ years of experience in a similar profile
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills
  • Able to identify and solve issues effectively on time
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to ensure timely task completion
  • Active listening skills
