Merchant Acquisition Manager
">About the Role:- Oversee and develop the Merchant Acquiring Portfolio assigned to ensure optimal growth.
- Rout major business share to HDFC Bank, fostering strategic partnerships.
- Penetrate all branches divisions of merchants, expanding our reach.
- SIGN Merchants to grow the portfolio, driving sales and revenue.
- Launch the Banks initiatives with assigned portfolios, enhancing customer experience.
- Hire and manage the Field Operations Support (FOS) team for seamless execution.
- Jointly work with FOS on merchant counters for effective engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external channels for mutual benefit.
- Closely collaborate with Corporate banking EEG & FIG team for client sourcing and servicing.
- Build ties with vendors to provide customized solutions for merchants.
- Key Account Management is a crucial role in this position.
