Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Leader

About the Job

This is a highly demanding and rewarding leadership position in which you will be responsible for all manufacturing activities including CNC programming.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and guidelines for CNC programming to align with customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead a team of professionals in CNC programming and supervise their work.
  • Identify business opportunities across various sites or locations and handle critical CNC programming operations.
  • Provide technical expertise in CNC programming for various manufacturing methods and train other professionals in the CNC programming team.
  • Implement manufacturing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Industrial Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams of professionals.
  • At least 15 years of expertise in UG / NX CAD CAM systems.
  • Proficient in Vericut or other NC verification software.
  • Specialized manufacturing experience with products such as Centrifugal compressors, Reciprocating compressors, Steam turbines, and Gas turbines.

Niche Expertise:

  • Familiarity with Feature-Based Machining (FBM) and Machining Knowledge Editor (MKE).
  • Experience in machine building and control configuration using Vericut.
