Senior Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Business Insights Specialist. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with domain leaders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with domain leaders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
- Conduct research and analysis to document requirements in collaboration with IT Finance.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize solutions and seek feedback from end users.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and propose solutions that meet their needs.
- Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Reporting & Analytics/Power BI Development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Engineering, or Business Intelligence.
- Post Graduate in Finance/Business Analytics (added advantage).
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across locations.
- Understanding of relational databases: Teradata, IBM DB2, Hadoop, Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in SQL: DDL & DML - Joins, Partition, Update, Stored Procedures, Query tuning, etc.
- Advance MS Excel experience.
- Exposure to ETL tools: Alteryx and Knime.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting tools: Power BI, Dart, Microstrategy.
- Ability to create charts/visualization representing trends and analysis.
- Analytical mindset to understand and solve complex business problems.
