Job Opportunity: Senior Business Insight Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Insight Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project initiatives across support areas, including corporate accounting, consolidation, and statutory reporting.

This role requires a strong background in financial controls and the ability to analyze complex data sets. You will be working closely with our clients to provide high-quality reports and analysis that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project initiatives across support areas, including corporate accounting, consolidation, and statutory reporting.
  • Manage activity dashboards, allocate tasks among team members, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor transactions, identify issues, and coordinate with teams to resolve problems.
  • Review reconciliation results, regular reports, and ad-hoc requests to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Generate analysis and reports based on client/team requests and improve existing reports.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in consolidation of financial statements as per IFRS.
  • Ability to understand group structure, review consolidation adjustments, and analyze variances.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; VBA programming knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
