  • Develop and implement localized digital adoption strategies to enhance penetration.
  • Identify key focus areas for digital enhancement and lead team efforts to achieve targets.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage a high-performing team of Digital Banking Champions, Team Leaders, and support staff.
  • Promote a collaborative culture and ensure the team is aligned with digital goals.

Customer Onboarding & Engagement

  • Develop onboarding strategies for digital platforms such as mobile banking, internet banking, and UPI.
  • Monitor onboarding performance and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement.

Training & Capability Building

  • Organize training sessions for field teams and branch staff to improve knowledge and promotion of digital banking products.
  • Ensure teams are equipped with tools and knowledge to support customer onboarding and digital service usage.

Performance Management & Insights

  • Track KPIs related to digital product usage, customer onboarding, and adoption success rates.
  • Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment

  • Work closely with branch heads, area officers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between regional leadership and ground-level teams.

Customer Experience Enhancement & Feedback

  • Champion a customer-centric approach to digital adoption efforts.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements in digital user experience.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal digital banking policies.
  • Promote secure onboarding practices and digital transaction safety across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Postgraduate degree in Management or related field is an advantage
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a digital banking or leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing teams and executing regional initiatives
