Customer Outreach Role

This is a full-time position for a Customer Outreach professional. The primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients over the phone, manage inquiries, and provide information about our services.


Daily tasks will also include maintaining updated client databases, following up on leads, handling outbound and inbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Customer Outreach professional will support the sales team by setting appointments and coordinating communication between clients and subject matter experts.


Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
  • Update client information using CRM software.
  • Support the sales team in setting appointments and coordinating communication.
Necessary Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
