Senior Leadership Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role with full profit and loss (P&L) accountability, overseeing freight forwarding (air and sea), warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and project logistics across India.

About the Role
  • Lead India business operations with strategic direction, driving growth through national expansion.
  • Develop a comprehensive pan-India strategy aligned with global business objectives.
  • Drive warehouse expansion and integrated distribution solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
  • Scale international ocean and air freight services between India and major markets.
  • Promote business growth in key industries such as chemicals, steel, automotive, and defense sectors.
  • Enhance project logistics capabilities to meet evolving client needs.
  • Leverage innovative supply chain management platforms to deliver customized 4PL control tower solutions.
  • Expand road logistics and partial truckload services by integrating warehousing and distribution to increase revenue and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including DG/chemical/defense norms.
Candidate Profile
  • 12–15 years of experience in leading teams in freight forwarding, warehousing, or integrated logistics, preferably in India.
  • Strong exposure to regulated supply chains in industries such as pharmaceuticals, autos, and defense.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, scaling operations nationally, and leading large multi-location teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customs regulations, bonded warehousing, and multimodal transport.
  • Experience in strategic planning, commercial acumen, and execution focus.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
