We are currently seeking a seasoned Financial Consolidation and Reporting professional with hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and reporting to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and manage cube views, dashboards, and reports to enhance business user experience.
  • Integrate and manage SmartView for ad-hoc analysis and reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to maintain financial integrity.
  • Collaborate with finance and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules within FCCS to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, design, and basic configuration for Tagetik-based consolidation solutions to expand the team's expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support to drive business success.
  • A solid understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting to ensure accurate results.
  • Hands-on experience working with Cube Views, Dashboards, and SmartView to deliver high-quality insights.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, data loads, and reconciliation processes to maintain data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships and achieve project objectives.
  • A willingness to learn and work on other consolidation tools, such as Tagetik, to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
