Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We seek an experienced Oracle EPM professional with expertise in financial planning and analysis to drive accurate consolidation, streamlined reconciliations, and effective forecasting processes.
- Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards for consolidated financial statements.
- Configure account reconciliations, including profiles, formats, and matching rules.
- Support consolidation and close cycles, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow, and reporting.
- Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models, including workforce, capex, and financials.
- Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View queries for end-users.
Key Responsibilities include:
