Lead GRC Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the implementation and management of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) operations. As a Lead GRC Operations Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments, to maintain a high level of system stability and performance.
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability to ensure secure access and compliance.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting, providing critical insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity.
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks to facilitate knowledge transfer and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, with a strong focus on GRC operations.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals and Implementation.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, GRC: IRM Fundamentals, and GRC: IRM Implementation.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution, code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, with a focus on ITIL processes and change management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus.
