Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to drive growth, manage operations, and deliver exceptional service in our insurance branch.

About the Role:

  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance agents and support staff to achieve targets and drive business success.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth through the agency channel, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, set achievable targets for team members, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a focus on agency channel management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or Office Head.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
