Job Title:
Project Planning and Scheduling Professional">- A highly experienced Project Planning and Scheduling Professional is required to provide expert support to the project management team in ensuring timely project delivery.
- The ideal candidate will possess more than five years of experience in scheduling and must be proficient in using Primavera P6, as well as other relevant project management tools.
- Responsibilities include creating and updating schedules in MS Project and/or P6, conducting thorough data integrity checks, and analyzing project trends to identify areas for improvement.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and mitigating potential impacts on schedule delivery milestones, developing and implementing recovery plans, and maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Additional duties will include attending regular meetings, preparing and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in scheduling with a strong background in the construction industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, including advanced features and functionalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Deliverables
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules in MS Project and/or P6.
- Conduct thorough data integrity checks and audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of schedule reporting.
- Provide regular project trend analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
Working Relationships
- Collaborate closely with the project team, construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Liaise with Client Project Control personnel and subcontract personnel as needed to ensure compliance with project requirements.
