Expert Façade Access Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Façade Access Consultant/Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and integrating façade access systems into projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with the design team to ensure optimal façade access system integration.
- Lead the design process to achieve cost-effectiveness, aesthetic appeal, and functionality while maintaining best health and safety practices.
- Develop façade access strategy reports at key design stages.
- Create Employer's Requirements Documentation and System Specifications for façade access and façade replacement systems.
- Review contractor drawings and inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications, design intent, and relevant legislation.
- Manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously and work directly with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies used in façade access.
- Experience working with façade access systems, either in consultancy or contractor roles.
- Demonstrate knowledge of façade access systems, their performance, operation, and current engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.
- Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a relevant academic background.
- Competence in AutoCAD and/or Revit and 3D design software.
