IAM Sailpoint Engineer: Key Role in Enterprise Security

Job Title: IAM Sailpoint Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IAM Sailpoint Engineer to take on a critical role in our organization's security infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Sailpoint, with the ability to design, architect, and optimize OAM + Sailpoint platforms for maximum performance and reliability.

This is a high-level position that requires a deep understanding of IAM principles and technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, designing and implementing automation scripts/Infra-as-Code, and leading major incidents and mentoring junior teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for IAM + Sailpoint in a mission-critical environment.
  • Ensure adherence to PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator standards.
  • Design, architect, and optimize OAM + Sailpoint platforms for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Lead complex incident response efforts and mentor junior engineers.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies using scripts and Infra-as-Code principles.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in IAM and Sailpoint technologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in providing high-level support for IAM + Sailpoint.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing automation scripts/Infra-as-Code solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
