Expert Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in procurement to provide support and solutions for our teams.
About the Role:- Provide day-to-day support for procurement modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Manage access, roles, and permissions within procurement systems.
- Support integration between procurement systems and other enterprise systems.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
- Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
- Liaise with vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in procurement systems.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Familiarity with integration tools, such as Dell Boomi and MuleSoft.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Others:Coupa certifications or training are highly valued. Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis is also desirable.
