Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Training and Development Lead to drive the growth and success of our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering sustainable strategic training programs that enhance technical skills and knowledge.

This role involves analyzing learning needs and developing appropriate training material and plans. You will conduct new hire training and technical orientation, work with Operations and Quality teams to assess development needs, and identify programs to address competency gaps.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring skills, expertise in designing and delivering training programs, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and facilitate effective learning experiences.

  • Design and deliver sustainable strategic training programs
  • Analyze learning needs and develop appropriate training material and plans
  • Conduct new hire training and technical orientation
  • Work with Operations and Quality teams to assess development needs
  • Identify programs to address competency gaps

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a training or instructional lead role
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement training programs that align with business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills to assess learning gaps and training effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for effective engagement and knowledge transfer
  • Proficiency in tracking training metrics and reporting outcomes to stakeholders
