Job Title: Training and Capability Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Training and Capability Development Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing training programs that align with business objectives, as well as the ability to enhance sales executives and Network Engineers knowledge and skills across functions.

The selected candidate will conduct needs assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next, and measure the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations to create impact with participants and managers.

The role also involves coordinating with stakeholders of various functions and sub-functions or department to develop and deliver training programs, analysing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training content, exploring and developing various types of content like videos, gamification, AI, for engaging the audience, and leading group discussions and providing guidance on effective communication skills to increase productivity and efficiency within a team or organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

The selected candidate will work closely with the learning and development team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with business objectives
  • Enhance sales executives and Network Engineers knowledge and skills across functions
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations to create impact with participants and managers
  • Coordinate with stakeholders of various functions and sub-functions or department to develop and deliver training programs
  • Analyse, design, develop, implement and evaluate training content
  • Explore and develop various types of content like videos, gamification, AI, for engaging the audience
  • Lead group discussions and provide guidance on effective communication skills to increase productivity and efficiency within a team or organization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with the learning and development team
  • Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
