Training Lead

We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall training strategy.

  • Develop comprehensive training programs that support user adoption and proficiency
  • Manage the end-to-end development of engaging training materials across various modalities
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior trainers in the design and development of training content
  • Strategically manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and provide guidance to client training resources as needed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 7 years of progressive experience in training development and delivery
  • Proven experience in leading the design and development of comprehensive training programs
  • Deep understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Expertise in developing interactive and engaging online courseware using industry-standard tools
  • Extensive experience in the strategic management and administration of Learning Management Systems
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
