About the Role

Requirements

  • 18+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing sizable teams (200+ engineers) in high-growth environments.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS, especially within communications, cloud infrastructure, or related high-transaction platforms.
  • Deep expertise in modern architectures, cloud-native development, microservices, distributed systems, and data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with scaling intelligent features and integrating ML/AI components into enterprise products.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams; strong partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of building reliable, scalable, and secure systems with a relentless focus on uptime and performance.
  • Skills at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
