Senior Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team as a leader in software engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, with hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, debugging abilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
  • Build, optimize, and consume RESTful APIs for high-performance applications.
  • Develop responsive front-end applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript with frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Evaluate Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and coding best practices.
  • Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and leverage cloud-native services.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and deployment on Kubernetes.
  • Drive architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Security) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Backend: Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, Microservices architecture.
  • Frontend: Hands-on experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, TypeScript, and at least one major framework (Angular, React, or Vue).
  • Databases: Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
  • Cloud: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one major cloud platform).
  • DevOps Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
  • Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cypress (nice-to-have).
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
