Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM dealerships, driving motor insurance sales through bundled offerings, and training dealership staff on insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM dealerships to drive business growth.
  • Sales Activation & Target Achievement: Drive motor insurance sales through bundled offerings at dealerships, meet or exceed sales targets, and monitor dealer performance.
  • Training & Enablement: Train dealership staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and provide sales collaterals, brochures, and digital enablement tools.
  • Campaign Execution: Roll out local sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, track campaign results, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Operations & Servicing: Ensure smooth policy issuance, endorsements, and documentation processes, coordinate with underwriting, claims, and IT teams, and support customer queries.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain logs of dealer engagement, sales metrics, and customer feedback, and submit timely reports to regional sales leadership.
Requirements:
  • Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in motor insurance or auto dealerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple dealership relationships independently.
  • Good understanding of motor insurance products and processes.
  • Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
