**Identity and Access Management Engineer II Role Summary:**This is a mid-level position that involves analyzing risks, operating the enterprise security program, and serving as a liaison between business users and technical resources.The successful candidate will have 3-7 years of AD experience and hold a solid understanding of Identity Management, Active Directory, RBAC/ABAC, and industry standards.**Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform operational duties within the Identity and Access Management realm.
  • Assist compliance and promote security policies.
  • Safeguard company information assets against current and foreseen threats.
  • Implement security programs and execute project deliverables.
  • Communicate with affected stakeholders and maintain program procedures.
  • Monitor and review security events for anomalous activity.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of IT security experience.
  • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
  • Licensing/certification preferred (CISSP, CISM, SANS, GIAC).
  • Solid understanding of Identity Management, Active Directory, RBAC/ABAC.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of security environments.
