We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Identity Management (IDM), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), and Identity Authentication Service (IAS) expert to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the secure and seamless integration of identity management solutions across our organization. They will design, implement, and maintain SAP IDM, IPS, and IAS solutions to meet business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and compliance risks, and develop and execute comprehensive training programs for users on SAP IDM, IPS, and IAS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain SAP IDM, IPS, and IAS solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and compliance risks.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for users on SAP IDM, IPS, and IAS.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP Security and IAM, with at least 3+ years in IAS/IPS. They must have strong expertise in SAP IAS, including SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, and federation. Practical experience in SAP IPS provisioning for S/4HANA Cloud and BTP applications is also essential.

In addition, the successful candidate must have a deep understanding of SAP BTP security concepts, including subaccounts, role collections, entitlements, and trust setup.

Desirable Skills
  • Experience with corporate identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) integration.
  • Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control or SAP IDM for governance and role-based provisioning.
  • Knowledge of certificate-based authentication, SCIM, and Zero Trust models.
  • Experience in BTP multi-tenant and service-to-service authentication setups.
