As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, researching potential clients, and collaborating with our sales team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry using Sales Navigator and other tools.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
  • Client Engagement: Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  • Conversion Tracking: Monitor and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support.
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and research abilities.
