About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fund accounting operations, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality financial reporting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely fund accounting services, including Financial Statements, NAVs, capital accounts, distribution notices, and tax provisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate audits.
  • Manage client relationships and meet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Drive automation, efficiency, and cost improvements within processes.
  • Lead a high-performing team with structured career development and succession planning.
  • Monitor and control operational risks by reviewing performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), Chartered Accountant (ACA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is preferred; a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field from a reputable university is desired.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in fund accounting, with a strong background in private equity or hedge funds.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing and developing teams within a matrix structure.
  • Strong analytical, financial reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as fund accounting systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
