About the Role:We are seeking an accomplished Professor of Information Systems to join our faculty team. As a key member of our academic community, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conducting research in the field of Information Systems, and contributing to departmental and institutional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach courses such as Big Data Analysis, Emerging Technologies in Business, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Ecosystems, Digitalization in Business, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, and R Programming for Analytics.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Advise and mentor students academically and professionally.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to service activities at the departmental, college, and university levels.
- Engage with industry partners and support student internship opportunities.
- Ph.D. in Information Systems or related field.
- Effective teaching or potential for excellence in teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated research record or potential for scholarly productivity.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and technology-enhanced teaching.
The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and research.
