- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to driving and vehicle maintenance.
- **Communication**: Ability to communicate effectively with passengers, supervisors, and other staff.
- **Reliability**: Ability to be punctual, dependable, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire checks, and fluid levels.
- **Minor Repairs**: Diagnose and address minor mechanical issues, potentially including brake adjustments, tire repairs, or basic electrical checks.
- **Safety**: Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and safe to operate.
