Job Title: Corporate Oversight Specialist Job Description 
  • Independently conduct thorough examinations of various operational areas, evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of controls, as well as assessing compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in comprehensive enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze accounting documentation, previous reports, process flowcharts, and other relevant materials to gain a deep understanding of business processes.
  • Assist in conducting investigations into alleged fraud and other irregularities, as directed by the Head of Internal Audit.
  • Evaluate the timeliness and accuracy of audit plans to ensure they meet established standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports reflecting the results of audits and document processes to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Support the Head of Internal Audit in preparing reports for the Audit Committee and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to verify management's interventions and recommend further actions as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through research and development of internal audit methods.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and procedures.
