Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our corporate partnerships and driving adoption of our salary account offerings.

You will identify and onboard medium and large enterprises, ensure seamless account opening for their employees, and act as the single point of contact for their financial needs. This role involves B2B acquisition, B2C engagement, and cross-selling, making you an integral part of our growth journey in the salary account business.

  • Source and onboard medium and large corporates for salary account partnerships.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: from pitching our offerings to corporates, to signing agreements, to employee onboarding.
  • Conduct salary account activation drives and organize on-ground corporate engagement camps.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • 1–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Salary Accounts, or Relationship Management in banking/fintech.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proven ability to build and manage CXO/HR-level relationships.
  • Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales closures.
  • High ownership mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
