Job Title: Recruitment & Admin Executive

Raj Seeds Traders, a leading producer of Vegetable Certified Seeds in India, aims to become the largest Seed Company in Fodder & Manure Seed Production within the next five years. The company is primarily involved in Government supplies and seeks an exceptional HR & Admin Manager to lead its team.

This full-time on-site role will oversee various aspects of human resources and office administration, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in HR and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full recruitment cycle management: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Driving employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Acting as the point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Managing office supplies, purchasing stationery, and procuring other office items.
  • Coordinating and managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  • Supervising office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Processing payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in HR and office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office ,HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
