We are seeking a skilled and empathetic GBS Operations Customer Care Professional to join our team at UPS India. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication to resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Utilize customer information databases to build customer profiles and summarize issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and prevent escalation.
Requirements:
