Customer Care Manager

We are looking for a customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive at Epavilion Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service
- Manage and maintain customer and employee records
- Work from the office and be willing to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Complete additional assigned tasks as required
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply
- Minimum qualification: SSC/HSC
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
