Job Description

We are looking for a customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive at Epavilion Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage and maintain customer and employee records
  • Work from the office and be willing to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Complete additional assigned tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply
  • Minimum qualification: SSC/HSC
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
