Imagine a career that lets you bring buildings to life from the ground up. As a Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating detailed mechanical drawings and specifications for critical facilities projects using Revit software.

You will lead the coordination of mechanical designs through a BIM 360 process, ensuring that drawings are checked, approved, and filed in accordance with our quality system. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience in Revit drafting and design within the Consulting environment.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit 2018-2020 is essential, as well as proficiency in Revit including Clash Detection Resolution. Experience in Building Systems Design, Equipment, Ductwork, Piping, Fire Protection, Lighting, Power Distribution, and Fire Alarm systems is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create detailed mechanical drawings and specifications for critical facilities projects using Revit software.
  • Coordinate mechanical designs through a BIM 360 process.
  • Ensure that drawings are checked, approved, and filed in accordance with our quality system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
