As a highly skilled specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch solutions to clients. This position involves working with Google Workspace to provide end-to-end knowledge of the Record to Report Process.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and good typing speed, preferably 30 to 50 WPM. They should also have experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably in TAC support for Google Workspace (GWS), with knowledge on industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL Framework.

A strong understanding of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required. Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.
